RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Guadalupe Design, we want you to love every piece you order. If you need to return an item, we’ve made the process as simple and straightforward as possible. Here’s how it works:Regular Items
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return any regular-priced items that are new, unused, and still have all Guadalupe Design tags attached. To make returns as easy as possible:
- Return Shipping: A flat-rate return shipping fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all This helps us maintain product standards and inventory levels.
Please note that returns must be in original, unused condition (free of stains, odors, or signs of wear). If items are not in their original condition, we may not be able to accept the return.
Sale Items
Items purchased during sale events, including Pre-Black Friday, Clearance Sales, and Holiday Promotions, are final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes sale items that may not be explicitly marked as “final sale” but are part of a promotional event.
- Sale Items: We will clearly label sale items in your order confirmation and on product pages to let you know these items are final sale and non-returnable.
- If you purchase an item during a sale event, please note that all sales are final, regardless of whether the item is marked as "final sale" at checkout.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked explicitly as “Final Sale” either on the product page or at checkout. These items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Final Sale Items include, but are not limited to, custom orders, limited editions, and
special promotions.
- Items that are marked final sale are typically indicated before checkout or on the product description page, so please be sure to check before purchasing.
Refund Processing
- Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account after the return has been processed, depending on the payment method used at checkout.
- Please note that the return shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund, so the final amount credited may differ from the original purchase price.
Additional Information
- Missing or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately (within 5 days of receiving your order) at info@guadalupedesign.com. We will provide you with a return label and a replacement or refund for the item.
Guadalupe Design’s Final Decision on Returns
Guadalupe Design reserves the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet our return criteria. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Items with missing tags or
- Items that show evidence of being worn, used, or altered (including but not limited to stains, odors, or tanning lotion marks).
- Items that show signs of being damaged after use or wear, including strong smells (e.g., perfume, smoke, body odors, or cleaning products).
Items that do not meet our return conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate the Return: Send an email to info@guadalupedesign.com within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Return Shipping: We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. The return shipping fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund.
- Prepare the Return: Pack your items securely, ensuring that all original tags and packaging are included.
- Process Your Refund: Once your return is received and processed, you’ll receive a refund (minus return shipping and restocking fees
